The basic idea is to create a piece of art 2d, or sculpture from denim and then upload this online to enter the competition – the winners idea will be selected and placed in the Carnaby street store window in september + will be covered in the magazine and profiled as the winner, we will also be giving 501 pounds to the winner and 2 x runners up.

Dazed is teaming up with Levi’s for a special competition that will see the winner receive the chance to create a window display for the Levi’s Carnaby Street store. The competition will run until April, and the winner will also be featured in the June issue of Dazed and Confused magazine. Entrants are required to submit a plan for the Levi’s store window in one of three mediums- illustration, sculpture and graphic design. Illustration requires competitors to submit their vision for the Carnaby Street windows as a drawing while sculpture will require entrants to actually create a small scale sculpture representing what they will build if they are the winner, however, they must incorporate denim into this replica model. The graphic design element requires contestants to create a design made up of downloadable denim samples that Dazed will provide online.
